A lovely day at Newgale, cross-off, no waves, but sunny and warm. Duke 6.4m and RRD FSW 100 just perfect. Bit of chop at times and some lulls, but great for gybing practice. Tried downwind 360 - was ejected backwind - think need to keep backhand forward.
